Shipping Policy
FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE on all orders $49 and over.
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed within 1-3 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained, then shipped. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders placed after 12PM CST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day. Please allow 7-15 days to receive your item. Keep in mind, we do not have control over the postal service. Please refer to the chart below for average delivery time for each country.
INTERNATIONAL
All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Chicmash.com is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery. Most countries calculate shipping charges, taxes, tariffs and duties at checkout and the customer owes nothing additional at delivery.
MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.
P.O. BOXES
All orders are shipped via United States Parcel Service (USPS) and cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

Once your order ships out and our database is updated with your online tracking number, we'll send you an email with the online tracking information which you can use to track your package.
